A Dubai-based group with an 84-year engineering foundation
Zyrah Group is the strategic umbrella over five specialist manufacturers. It began in 1942 as an iron foundry making agricultural implements — and grew into railings trusted in 67 countries, bicycle components exported worldwide, construction formwork, German-origin automotive products and a global packaged-foods range.
Each business keeps its own factories, markets and identity. From our head office in Dubai, the group invests in their growth while protecting the specialist reputations each one has built.

Born in 1992 as the group entered exports, MAGZ is a global leader in bicycle spare parts, produced in factories in China, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Indonesia.

The formwork division of RINOX — formwork accessories made with CNC turning and milling, spectro-tested raw materials and in-house fabrication.

Zahe
German-origin brand of RINOX GmbH, Niederdorfelden — batteries, tyres, tubes and lubricants engineered for tough terrain.

Born in Dubai and inspired by French cuisine, Miamo Foods extends the group beyond engineering into packaged foods for markets worldwide.
